Staging Consultation ~ $250+
Pretty City offers in-home Staging Consultations. Re-configuring spaces, color consult, and a detailed list that the homeowner can do to prepare their home for sale are included in this meeting. Homes larger than 3,000 square feet or “highly furnished” homes may require custom pricing.
Fully Furnished Staging
Pretty City specializes in "Fully Furnished" staging services. This includes a Design Plan that is carefully put together to showcase the listing and highlight it's own unique features. Modern furnishings and decor will welcome home buyers into the space and allow them to feel comfortable in the home setting. “Fully Furnished” generally refers to all the main areas (i.e. entry, kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, master suite).
Stylized Staging
Owner Occupied Homes create an opportunity for Pretty City to assist with "Stylized Staging". This also works when some furnishings remain in an unoccupied home. This service utilizes what is already in the home to optimize the space and give the listing a more tailored and design-inspired look enhances by modern accents. Pieces brought in include artwork, decor accessories, lamps, fresh linens and towels, plants, side tables, and much more.
Vacation Rental/AirBnB
