Embracing the Holidays with Staging

Recently, Pretty City was approached to be a contributor for a blog post on staging your home through the winter! Stagers across the West Coast offered their ideas on how they like to brighten and bring in the holiday spirit to their stagings. We offered some advice on bringing in some coziness and bling… Welcome buyers in with warm lighting and a bit of sparkle. Tuck copper wire LED twinkle lights into a large glass cake cloche, pair it with a cookbook opened to a tasty cookie recipe, a pretty rolling pin, and a few snowflake cookie cutters layered over a textured linen tea towel. A neutral staging base is the perfect palette for some holiday cheer.

Home Staging Year-End Review

In writing a year-end wrap up post to summarize all of the opportunity and growth and fun we’ve had this year with business, Pretty City Home Staging, Inc. tried to pick one word that could accurately summarize  the incredible year it has been... It turns out, we don’t know that kind of simplicity. Pretty City is in the business of making things sparkle: we know that the shine comes through in the details and this has made us appreciate complexity in both life and work. We are thankful that our clients provided the outlet for a passion to create a real life set for a full-range of real estate needs.  

In 2019, there were weeks in a row where Pretty City staged a different house every day of the week. There were multiple occasions where more than one house was staged in a single day. Staging is a puzzle game, where the pieces literally have to fit but so does the time and feeling around it all. Our agents trusted us- time and time again- to create within a space to allow potential buyers to feel at home right away.The gratitude we feel for your continued loyalty and ability to keep us on our toes as we prepare for all your needs is immeasurable.

Our full-spectrum services were highly refined this year will all new types of projects and adventures. Whether you needed services for an upcoming listing, a model apartment with an overdue makeover, a soon-to-be-booked-solid Airbnb, or a quick styling to remind your clients how incredible their home is before selling- we were there with tips and tricks up our sleeves to impress the masses. 

While doing this alone is possible, doing business with a team is always more fun. Pretty City expanded to meet the needs of clients in 2019! We are so thankful for all of the continued support from the incredible clients we had this year, the light we were able to shine on all the spaces this year. A very special feeling comes with being selected to create a finished product that so many people are proud to attach their name too. Thank you for making this year so full of creativity and passion for Pretty City!
