When a house hits the market- everyone involved wants it to sell wicked quick! To do this, agents and stagers partner to get a property looking the absolute best for photos, video, and showings. You may think that stagers need an interior with blank canvas for their vision to work out- but that isn’t always the case! Pretty City Staging has a holistic approach to interiors and the people who inhabit them- operating on a case-by-case basis allows for consistently fresh designs that potential buyers can imagine themselves in from doorway on.

Staging

This is the concept most are familiar with, staging is taking a completely empty house and transforming it into an entirely new home. This is a great way to show that space can be versatile in nature- a spare bedroom easily becomes an office or workout studio depending on the designated decor. If you’re moving out before selling and all belongings need to transfer with you before listing- staging would be the appropriate option to give potential buyers the vision of layouts, living spaces, and decor options.

Another way we utilize staging is through permanent installs. Pretty City has been commissioned to put together Model Homes and Apartments to show potential tenants the floor-plans available. There is also potential for permanent staging at your vacation rental or AirBnB, allowing us to make the space comfortable and unique for revolving guests.

Staging is for vacant spaces and can be temporary or permanent depending on the project!

Styling

A styling is an option for sellers when a home will be occupied during the selling process or furniture will be left in a vacant property until closing. Generally, we begin with a consult to get a good look at the space and what we will work with during the styling. When a seller has a keen eye for great pieces, we can use that personal taste as a baseline for further creation. Mixing both inventories creates the picture perfect finish and can remain a functional, low-maintenance floor plan if occupants need to navigate around the home!

The best part? These photos are a mix of stagings and stylings- our goal is that you can’t differentiate the two!
